The book presents through original illustrations and essays, the most prominent leaders in the history of Bulgarian statehood from the time of Khan Kubrat and Khan Asparoukh to date. It features 30 figures: Khans, Princes, Tsars and Statesmen, who have had an undisputable imfluence on Bulgaria`s and its future. Following the genealogy of Bulgarian rulers, it is like a holl of fame in which medieval monarchs are presented along with the more controversial figures of contemporary history.
